この度、wXw様への出場を直前で見送る判断をしました。
まずは、wXw関係者の皆様、そしてLOS TRANQUILOS de JAPONの試合を楽しみに
してくださっていたお客様に、深くお詫び申し上げます。

今回ドイツ遠征を断念することになった背景には、
弊社が業務を委託していた外部担当者より提供されたビザに関する情報に重大な誤りがあったことが判明したため、
渡欧を中止せざるを得ませんでした。

現在、当該担当者が関与したすべての案件について精査を進めております。

さらに、複数の不適切な行為が確認されたことを受け、当該担当者との契約を解除いたしました。
これに伴い、弊社サービス全体を見直し、再構築を進めております。

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued warm support.
Today, we must share an important announcement with you.

We have made the difficult decision to withdraw from our scheduled appearance at wXw at the last minute.
We extend our deepest apologies to the wXw management and staff, as well as to everyone who was looking forward to seeing LOS TRANQUILOS de JAPON’s match.

This decision was made after confirming that the visa-related information provided to us by an outsourced contractor contained serious inaccuracies.
Due to this, we had no choice but to cancel our trip to Germany.

We are currently conducting a thorough review of all matters handled by the individual in question.
Furthermore, as multiple inappropriate actions were confirmed, we have terminated our contract with this contractor.
In connection with this, we are undertaking a comprehensive review and reconstruction of our company’s services.
